• Deep Dive Pass — $10 for 24-hour full access
• Premium — $19.99/month for unlimited messages + all features
• Lifetime — $99 one-time payment for unlimited access
• Therapists — $39/month to monitor client insights (with consent)

2. Usage & Eligibility

Help.ai is designed for educational and mental wellness purposes. It is not a replacement for licensed medical care or emergency services. Users must be at least 13 years old.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

All payments are processed securely through Apple In-App Purchases, Google Play, or Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. You can cancel anytime through your device settings or account dashboard.

4. Refunds

Digital purchases are non-refundable per platform policies. For subscription issues, contact us at support@helpappnow.com.

6. Therapist Access

Therapists paying for subscription access agree to maintain client confidentiality and comply with all applicable professional standards and regulations.
